Q: My ticket for Saturday and/or Sunday General Admission has a Date of “Sep 05, 2014 1:00 PM”, which is actually Friday. Did I accidentally buy a Friday ticket? Will this ticket admit me on Friday even though I purchased a Saturday and/or Sunday General Admission ticket?
A: The Date simply indicates the start of our weekend-long event — the “Assignment” field will indicate for which day you’ve purchased your ticket (i.e. “Saturday General Admission”). You will only be admitted for the day(s) for which tickets are purchased as indicated in the “Assignment” field
Q: Can I upgrade my ticket once I purchase it?
A: All online ticket purchases are final and there is no mechanism to upgrade your ticket online. You can upgrade your ticket from a single day to a THREE-DAY ADMISSION or VIP ADMISSION PACKAGE (while supplies last) by paying the difference on-site at the Baltimore Comic-Con when the Ticket Booth opens on show days.
Each Pass is for one person only. You cannot transfer the ticket to multiple people or buy one pass and “share” amongst multiple people. Each day of the pass is marked as such – Saturday and Sunday – and will not be accepted on any other day. Tickets are “Rain or Shine”.
There will be no weather related cancellations.
There will be no refunds for tickets exchanged for wristbands close to Convention closing time on any given day.
Tickets are non-refundable, should be treated as cash and safeguarded as such. Each printed ticket has a unique ID # and can only be scanned one time. Tickets scanned multiple times will not be accepted.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
Any person caught duplicating or trying to duplicate tickets, or wristbands, for the profit of themselves or others will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
You must wear your membership badges at all times to be admitted to any convention function. Wristband must be in full view at all times.
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No weapons will be allowed in the Convention. See below for our weapon policy.
Possession of alcoholic beverages by anyone under 21 years of age is grounds for expulsion from the convention without refund.
Announced events and guests are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice. Every effort will be made to announce any changes via the Internet and pre-convention publications and our onsite program guide, but sometimes last-minute changes will occur.
Passes DO NOT include individual Autograph or Photo Op fees for Celebrity Guests. Except as noted in Ticket package.
All event and program rooms have limited capacity as set by the Fire Marshal. Even though your ticket is needed to get into all events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if it has reached its capacity. Except as noted in Ticket package.
