What are the Ticketing Terms and Conditions?

Each Pass is for one person only. You cannot transfer the ticket to multiple people or buy one pass and “share” amongst multiple people. Each day of the pass is marked as such – Friday and Saturday and Sunday – and will not be accepted on any other day. Tickets are “Rain or Shine”.

There will be no weather related cancellations.

There will be no refunds for tickets exchanged for wristbands close to Convention closing time on any given day.

Tickets are non-refundable, should be treated as cash and safeguarded as such. Each printed ticket has a unique ID # and can only be scanned one time. Tickets scanned multiple times will not be accepted.

Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

Any person caught duplicating or trying to duplicate tickets, or wristbands, for the profit of themselves or others will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

You must wear your membership badges at all times to be admitted to any convention function. Wristband must be in full view at all times.

All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

No weapons will be allowed in the Convention. See below for our weapon policy.

Possession of alcoholic beverages by anyone under 21 years of age is grounds for expulsion from the convention without refund.

Announced events and guests are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice. Every effort will be made to announce any changes via the Internet and pre-convention publications and our onsite program guide, but sometimes last-minute changes will occur.

Passes DO NOT include individual Autograph or Photo Op fees for Celebrity Guests. Except as noted in Ticket package.

All event and program rooms have limited capacity as set by the Fire Marshal. Even though your ticket is needed to get into all events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if it has reached its capacity. Except as noted in Ticket package.

All attendees at the Baltimore Comic-Con are prevented from taking, recording, or creating film, or digital pictures, videos, tapes, sound recordings, or any other visual or auditory recreation of any kind whatsoever, of any Baltimore Comic-Con guest, member, volunteer, exhibitor, or employee, or of any convention event, for any commercial use, or for the solicitation of funds for any commercial or other purpose, without the express written permission of Baltimore Comic-Con.

Management reserves all rights for changes, additions or deletions to this agreement at any time.
